Harry
Harry Edward Styles is an English singer, songwriter and musician. He was part of One Direction. The father of Des Styles (father) and Anne Cox, Harry Styles was born February 1st, 1994 at Holmes Chapel. Harry Styles, a former student of Holmes Chapel Comprehensive Schools Holmes Chapel Comprehensive Schools, created a band named White Eskimo together with three of his fellow students. They took home the Battle of Bands in 2009, thanks to their outstanding performances. Even though he's always had an interest in the world of music, despite his passion for it he wanted also to pursue a career as a lawyer and physiotherapist. When he worked in the city's bakery Harry Styles could afford to support his family. Harry Styles, in 2010 was a contestant on The X Factor. His song Is not She Lovely was recorded by Stevie Wonder. His band was forced to split up because of the fact that they were selected. Nicole Scherzinger was the judge who suggested Harry Styles to be part a future group called One Direction, along with Liam Payne Zayn malik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson. Simon Cowell sponsored five teenagers to join the group in 2010. The group performed hits such as My Life Would Suffer Without You, by Kelly Clarkson, and Total Eclipse of the Heart, by Bonnie Tyler during the competition. This made the group one of the candidates for the prize. They were however in third behind Rebecca Ferguson, and the winner Matt Cardle. Harry Styles' group didn't win, but Cowell did pay two million dollars for One Direction for them to sign a deal with Syco.
