California-born actress began performing in the age of four and appeared in numerous TV dramas prior to her debut in the movies. Her most memorable performance as a sexually charged teenager was in the 1997 film 'Eve's Bayou. Then, she was able to secure an ongoing role on the sitcom "Cousin Skeeter.
